Device Configuration

Correct device configuration is essential to a successful project deployment. Utilizing Configuration.Tech’s expertise will help you to reduce labor costs and execute projects faster. Extended Project Maintenance

Making sure a project is fully operational and functioning properly is critical to an end user. Offering a maintenance package to keep the system in tip-top shape and even provide the ability to improve the performance over time is optimal. Providing you this option at a low cost allows you to add revenue and keep your staff concentrating on new business, instead of mired in maintaining already sold projects.

Adjustment requests are based upon the original Device Configuration agreement. Unlimited firmware update requests.

  • 12 Month Maintenance (12 requests per device, per year)

  • 6 Month Maintenance (6 requests per device, per year) 

We also offer Monthly Proactive Maintenance of devices. This service is a value for projects involving Command Centers, Alarm Monitoring, and Asset Deployment. If the project could result in the sending of notifications based on false eventing, Proactive Maintenance is the solution      

*When utilized, it is required for you to provide to Configuration .Tech the remote connectivity details per the agreement chosen.

Kitting & SD Card Upgrade

Putting together product in preparation for an installation is time consuming and a waste of your resources. Especially when those resources can be engaged in new business. Having everything put together correctly and in perfect unison with a detailed loading sheet will keep your projects moving forward. Let Configuration.Tech’s expert team take this responsibility. 

Kitting includes:

  • Assembling
  • Labeling
  • Repackaging 

We also offer upgrading internal SD Cards. We prefer to use the 64GB version due to its size and longevity. We offer a 128GB version and other sizes on a per request basis.

Some projects require additional knowledge and experience than your team can handle. Utilize the more than 40 years of security experience from Configuration.Tech. Emergency Duress with Code Blue, Talk-a-Phone, and Mobotix. Video Management Systems such as Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, Bosch, Wavestore, and Pelco. Access Control with Lenel, S2, Continental Access, Kentix, and DSX. Intrusion Detection from Bosch, DMP, Vista, and Mobotix.

VMS Configuration & Training

Utilizing Configuration.Tech as a force multiplier means you can outsource tasks such as setting up cameras and users on a VMS. These tasks are a drain on the valuable resources of a company. Keeping your staff trained and up-to-date on all the products is a burden which eats away at your profits. Configuration.Tech will add cameras to the VMS in 10 camera blocks at very reasonable pricing.

We can also offer end user training based upon an hourly rate. We recommend 2 hours as a minimum.
